My husband and I shared the Philly Munchie Meal, which includes the Philly style jack burger, curly fries and tacos, we also split the new Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. I had cramps and nausea this morning, and liquid diarrhea by 24 hours later. My husband appears fine right now.

2AM - Tacos one the cheese was not melted(Should not have eaten it) a few hours and Fever and vomiting then the rest for 36-48 more hours... 2nd time in my life and it is horrible and serious
