Less then 6 hours after eating a mini Italian sub I had severe diarrhea, stomach pains and vomiting. 72 hours later and the diarrhea and vomiting subsided, but I have awful stomach pains still.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
