I had a sandwich at 1:30pm on Jan. 30, 2026, from Jimmy John's Medina Rd. It was the only thing I ate all day. By 11 pm, I had violent diarrhea and vomiting. Still dragging next day, but getting better.

I ate a Pepe sandwich from Jimmy John’s on Friday. I noticed the lunch meat tasted funny, but I didn’t have any other lunch, so I ate it anyway. By Saturday night, I was projectile vomitting with sevevere díarrhea. I haven’t been able to keep solids down…
