I had a sandwich at 1:30pm on Jan. 30, 2026, from Jimmy John's Medina Rd. It was the only thing I ate all day. By 11 pm, I had violent diarrhea and vomiting. Still dragging next day, but getting better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
