Ordered a #5 Vito sandwich. Experienced nausea & stomach cramps within 90 mins after eating the sandwich. The pain worsened to intense nausea, stomach cramps, and grumbling. This is the 2nd time within few months of #5 Vito sandwich with similar symptoms, at the same store.
