A chicken and feta and spinach flat bread sandwich, I ate the sandwich at 3 pm by 8 I was feeling nauseous, my stomach was bloated. Around 845 I got out of bed and started vomiting. Around 11pm I was still vomiting and had diarrhea at the same time till around 1 am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
