Cappuccino Causes In-Flight Illness

Had a capuccino at the their outlet at Chennai airport and almost immediately had severe cramps during the flight journey . Within 4 hours I started having diahhrhoea.Im at Mangalore for a family function . Not sure if I can make it now . I hate them  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
