Got BBQ chicken, salad, brown rice plate. Side of mac salad. Mac salad had some sort of fish pieces. I'm assuming they also serve tuna salad and use the same dressing for both. Got diarrhea within 1hr of consumption. Headaches and stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain
