Taco Lunch Causes Cramps

Met my wife for lunch and we ended up here. She ordered La Quesadilla with chicken, I had Gringas al Pastore (pork tacos). I ended up eating some of her meal, this is the only food (same food) that we both consumed. Aprox 6 hours the stomach cramps started
