Repeated Pizza Sickness

It’s happened several times so i know it’s not a coincidence. I eat little ceasars then my stomach hurts afterwards and i end up either having diarrhea or horrible nausea. Today was the first time it’s ever actually made me throw up after having it so im cutting myself off from it completely.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
