I order a pepperoni pizza and an ICB and a few hours after eating it I took a shower and my stomach cramped severely while I was showering one I exited the shower I began throwing up a bright red liquid uncontrollably. It continued through the night into the morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
