Person in charge not performing required duties; hand-washing sink blocked and inaccessible; mouse droppings found on shelves of dry stock/canned goods; cat found living in the kitchen. Also 5 noncritical violations. Wednesday. Facility ordered to close. Reinspected Thursday, previous violations corrected and facility permitted to reopen.
