I had a 12oz ribeye with asparagus and a side salad with ranch, I had diarrhea and vomiting for a couple days and was prescribed Bactrim. Low grade fever and raised liver enzymes. This was my only meal that day, for lunch, the next morning I was sick  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
