Could have been beef brisket or spinach Ate a roast @ 3:30pm. Went to bed feeling fine. Lay for 10minites and began to feel very nauseous. Went to try and deposit a stool! Which I did a few...no diarrhoea tho...just a very foul stench. Stood up, heaved…
