I purchased two large packages of ground beef on sale at Martin's on 2/16/24. I made a meatloaf. I ate some. Got horrible gas pains and a large volume of disgusting gas. I took two gas pills, and that was not enough. The next day I was
good. I ate light the next day then the following day I had a slice of meatloaf and in a few hours, I was back on the floor in pain. I'm taking the labels and receipt back to the store. Oh, I called the store manager, and he immediately immediately got defensive, stating the store "follows the cold chain" and it could be a preparation issue, etc. I do not trust that store anymore.

12 midnight this morning till about 4am today so four hours ago. Still have a sour stomach but doing better Nutella I only had two spoons of it last night since I was craving something sweet but it didn't taste right. My daughter had only a small
amount in her toast yesterday morning and had some diarrhea shortly afterwards but was fine and so we did not make the connection between it till I got extremely sick. The other individuals in the house who did not eat it were fine. We threw it out.

or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. The recalled Food Club All Purpose Flour was distributed retail stores in Ohio and New York. As of Feb. 6, 2024, the FDA reported receiving adverse events associated with use of Nurse Assist products and is further evaluating this information. Went to KFC on Lyons Ave in Irvington between 6-7pm on 4/6/24. Should have known from the poor attitude of the girl working the drive thru that I should move on. I ordered three piece chicken strips for my four-year-old granddaughter. She didn’t want them so I
ate two of them. One bite into the third, I was like this tastes funny and the texture feels weird. I started feeling nauseous around 1am. At 4:30am, I was awakened with stomach cramps and ran to the bathroom. I first vomited and then the diarrhea came. Went back to bed, only to be awakened two hours later. More vomiting and diarrhea, but worse. I took Imodium. Had one more bout and the diarrhea subsided but the nausea lasted all day.

Sunday, April 7, 2024 — lunch time, my son and I ate Hebrew National hot dogs. He mentioned he didn’t feel good as soon as he was done eating. He said his stomach hurt, and laid on the floor. After 10 - 15 minutes he started barfing.
He is 4 years old, He barfed 3 times already. Me (Mom) started feeling sick 20-30 minutes later. I have diarrhea and nausea. It is important to note, my daughter (6), did not eat any hot dogs and has been the only one not sick. I suspect we were food poisoned.
