i went to mcdonald’s before work at around 10:50 am on 05/06/25. i got a medium fry, a 10 piece nugget and a large sweet tea. I ate all the fries before 11 and ate 4 nuggets maybe 15 minutes later. around 1pm i started experiencing terrible… See more

Symptoms After Cheeseburger Combo

I gad a cheeseburger with fries. At 4 pm. Then by 10 pm. I had a fever and really bad cramping. Then nausea and Diarrhea. All night I was sick now it’s 24 hours later I’m still sick and really weak.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
