Suspicion of food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headaches
Suspected source: The Mac Donalds
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: 3 people
Additional information: After eating the 3 of us got sick
