Yesterday my husband and I ate a Big Mac at this store, I am experiencing abdominal pain and bloating and my husband has cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting for over an hour in the bathroom pain so severe that he almost fainted!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Bloating
