Tuesday 6th April, at around 11:20 I purchased a mayo chicken. A couple hours later I felt weak, nauseous and unbalanced. when I got home I vomited on many occasions.

Last week, Mcchiken sandwich That was all I ate that day got pain and nausea about5hrs later then had severe diarrhoea for the next 3 days
