Had McDonald’s for dinner at Approx. 2000hrs on 24th of March. Which was the 10 peice of chicken nuggets combo, and a Carmel sundae. Started to feel unwell at approx. 0100hrs with nausea and diarrhea. Woke up at 0500hrs with vomiting and diarrhoea, and was unable to…
