Old Oil Suspected Poisoning

We were 3 hungry paramedics, we ate and 2 hours after nausea vomiting and all the symptoms of food poisoning.
Frying??? Fries and potatos are certainly not going to pass because of the oil.
Oil not changed???  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
