Big Mac, Fries Illness

I ate a big mac and a medium fries from this location and I was sick shortly after. I eventually threw up my whole lunch at midnight and I have been getting constant Diarrhea even though I did not eat anything else afterwards.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
