Nausea After McNuggets Meal

I got 10 nuggets, fries, and a Dr Pepper. I didn’t even eat half because I wanted to puke immediately. I’ve never had this problem here. But there staff is always rude and they forget/mess up orders all the time. It’s getting to be ridiculous.  | Symptoms: Nausea
