Onset: Right after I started eating. Happened yesterday, today i threw it up

I split a Grand Mac with my friend last night and woke up this morning sick. I missed school today and I can't lay down because I have bad stomach cramps. I have diarrhea that contains pieces of the burger I ate.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
