Sunday around 1am after eating pizza Saturday night., Pizza 1 person (me), are around 7pm, started vomiting at 1am... Went to ER 48 hours later.

I ordered a 11 inch pizza with marina sauce, spinach, pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese. My boyfriend had the same minus the spinach and he seems just fine. So I’m wondering if it’s the spinach for me that has caused my illness.
