Last night this morning Mod pizza gurnee il, i am not the only one my employee is also sick. The buffet of veggies and meat area was very clean. I ate there evening 11/16/2023. My employee had Mod Pizza as well. She is sick. She had her pizza earlier in the day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
