Wife ordered Fettuccine Alfredo & Fries and became violently ill a few hours afterward, throwing up twice. Reported cramps and intense stomach pain and the strain of the vomiting aggravated the wound from her recent c section and reported vaginal spotting several hours later.

Lukewarm Chowder Illness

11/09/2025 at 8pm Caused by the lukewarm clam chowder from Mo's in Florence, Oregon. We saw the soup being served from the main container. It sat for a few minutes before making it's way to our table. It was barely warm.
