- comments: observed exposed hand washing sink in front food preparation area not maintaining proper hot water temperature of at least 100f. Water temperature 83. 4f at this time of inspection. Instructed person in charge to repair and restore hot water to at temperature of 100f and maintained for proper hand washing. Facility has another sink with close proximity for employees to wash their hands. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued. A 2-days notice was given to come into compliance.

Priority violation 7-38-025 citation issued. Technician on site low temperature dish machine has been repaired and now is properly sanitizing 100pm.

By 22:00 when i was preparing for bedtime the symptoms worsened, I was weak and blamed dehydration so I drank water and fell asleep but within even 30 minutes into my sleep I felt the need to rush to the toilet where I experienced bad diarrhoea and was vomiting badly , what i noticed was that I was vomiting all the Cheese Curls out! Consumption of food contaminated with L. monocytogenes can cause listeriosis, a serious infection that primarily affects older adults, persons with weakened immune systems, and pregnant women and their newborns. Less commonly, persons outside these risk groups are affected. Listeriosis can cause fever, muscle aches, headache, stiff neck, confusion, loss of balance and convulsions sometimes preceded by diarrhea or other gastrointestinal symptoms. An invasive infection spreads beyond the gastrointestinal tract. In pregnant women, the infection can cause miscarriages, stillbirths, premature delivery or life-threatening infection of the newborn.

The affected product is the 10.53-oz. "amazon kitchen, CHICKEN CHILI VERDE burrito with rice, black beans & monterey jack". The items were produced between June 20, 2023, and December 30, 2023, with best-before-Julian dates starting with 0764, 1384, 1394, and 2694 with expiration dates of 3/16/24, 5/17/24, 5/18/24, and 9/25/24.
