Ate at 12:30. I had truffle mac and my husband had the bbq mac. He drank vanilla barqs, and I had a little lemon herbal tea, and mostly vanilla coke. We both got seriously ill within 10 minutes or so. He was "gurgling" and I had awful stomach pains. We both had (have) nausea and diarrhea.

Undercooked Chicken Causes Illness

Had parmesan crusted chicken and it seemed slightly undercooked and a bit rubbery in texture. Both myself and 3 year old were sick within 8 hours. I was in bed for 4 days straight, luckily my 3 year old only had a few bites and seems to recover in 2 days.
