Nov 16 20023 til now pasta from noodles and company I ate the Chicken Pesto Pasta wednesday night, Thursday I get to work and start feeling terrible. Vomiting at work. Had to take the day off and friday work day as well. Felt nauseous all weekend and had diarrhea. Feeling a little better today.

On 2/23/17 at approximately 2pm I ordered the buttered noodles with alfredo sauce, korean meatballs, and side ceasar salad. I starting feeling bad around 6pm with stomach pains, wanting to vomit, no energy, sweating, dizziness. It was on 2/24 that I visited the doctor to get medicine…
