I caught a flight at the oakland airport and had nachos before boarding the plane. I started feeling ill during the flight. I arrived home and was vomiting and had severe diarrhea all night., I was by myself and the symptoms started within 2 hours.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea
