it’s the ice they use in our drinks and cocktails that have caused us severe diarrhoea, they use the unfiltered tap water to create the ice.

Ate dinner at their Italian restaurant. All the food was served luke warm, definitely not fresh. Having severe diarrhea, nausea and upset stomach. Can't sleep and missing an excursion with no refund. Terrible hotel.

1 day in, my friend was vomiting, and had no appetite. 2 days in, I had horrible stomach pain, diarrhea, every 10 minutes all night long. Stayed in bed for an entire day. Couldn't eat or drink, due to the stomach pain. Flu like symptoms, chills, lethargy,

weakness. I'm on my third day, a little better, but still waves of horrible stomach pains, and diarrhea.
Hotel seemed very familiar with guests in this condition. Advised I drink "water with salt and sugar", good thing I brought my own electrolytes, and other diarrhea meds, but didn't help much.
Plates in dining hall are still visibility dirty, so I am guessing cleanliness and sanitation is not a high priority in the kitchen.
Our room was also dirty when we checked in.
I'm not drinking any alchoholic drinks, just water, so that's not it.

taste right. I tasted it but I didn't drink a full glass my sister and brother drunk the lemon aid at the Japanese Restaurant and the both got the run for like 2 days. My husband and brother in law both were served drinks that didnt taste or smell like alcohol.

My brother and I had drinks which were all inclusive after we started to get real sick. I found a worm the buffet which I showed the waiter. He took the dish away, but returned with the same dish minus the worm. We arrived in Germany and spent one week in the hospital.

Both my parents went to DR and traveled around a lot and ended their stay in Punta Cana and the last two days of their trip got so sick with vomiting and fever and cold symptoms and fatigue. It's been 5 days and they're still trying to recover and have both been home from work.

I stayed at the Ocean El Faro, during March of 2019. I was extremely sick. I even sent my wife an email from the hotel room because my heart palpitations were so bad I thought I was gonna die, no joke.
