Fettuccine Alfredo Illness

My friends and I went to Olive Garden and my one friend and I both got fettacuine Alfredo. Hers was plain and I had seafood. My other friend got ravioli. We all puked a lot, including my friend and I who got the Alfredo. I still feel very sick
