Ordered an Alfredo pasta with salad. Immediately upon arriving home, I felt as if I was going to black out. Rushed to the bathroom vomiting and having diarrhea. This has been going on since last night.

Half way through dinner, had to run to the bathroom with diarrhea. Came back to the table very cold and visibly shaking, Came home, have had 3 more bouts of diarrhea and temp is 101.4. Will be going to Doctor tomorrow to confirm.
