Ordered an Alfredo pasta with salad. Immediately upon arriving home, I felt as if I was going to black out. Rushed to the bathroom vomiting and having diarrhea. This has been going on since last night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Half way through dinner, had to run to the bathroom with diarrhea. Came back to the table very cold and visibly shaking, Came home, have had 3 more bouts of diarrhea and temp is 101.4. Will be going to Doctor tomorrow to confirm.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Fever, Shaking
