Undercooked Filet Illness

Filet Started next day and was bed ridden for 8-9 days with the above symptoms. Ordered MR LG Filet Med well (pink) and Tbone. My filet came rare so I just ate the edges heated up next evening to medium and all heck broke loose stomach pain and explosive diarrhea and vomiting ,
