Orange Chicken, Shrimp Illness

My wife and I purchased it on November 2nd around 4:30. I had the orange chicken and shrimp. A couple hours later I was vomiting and had diarrhea. This lasted all night. I will not be returning to this location.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
