yesterday at panda express on main st Chula Vista ca. Vomiting four times during the night kun pao chicken, all the time I eat that dish I get diarrhea, but yesterday just vomiting AFTER FIVE HOURS OF EATING THE CHICKEN I WAS FEELING CRAMPS, NAUSEA AND THEN STARTED VOMITING  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Ate a piece of Beijing beef that didn’t sit well with me, and after a couple of hours I had the worst stomach ache ever. Been throwing up and going to the bathroom. Had a fever also that same night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered steamed rice and orange chicken in a bowl and was asked to wait in a parking spot for my food because they were extremely busy. I got my food and went home i ate it at around 6:30 , I woke up the next morning at 4:10 am vomiting.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
