I can provide the Instacart receipt if it helps, or a copy thereof. It happened I had... See More a delivery from Instacart on Friday night, June 19, 2022, around 20:30. It was a very warm night, although the woman who delivered did use a cooler bag. I ordered several items from the store, but not sure which one she went to, as the receipt doesn’t show the location. I ordered Jenni-O Turkey Sausage, but approved a replacement for Simple Truth Turkey Sausage 14oz, which is store’s brand, as they were out of my request. The roll was at room temperature when I received it so I immediately put it in the fridge. In the morning, I cut two sections off to eat for breakfast. They seemed fine, but Sunday afternoon around 16:00, started feeling sick with nausea, severe gas, and cramping. The remainder of the roll I left refrigerated and earlier went to check on it as to cook it. The sausage was completely brown and smelled rancid. This isn’t my first issue with the store, Instacart, and their meat. Much of the meat that I have received now from sausage to steak in various forms has been spoiled on the inside and or the underneath side where no shopper can see it. See More acute cramping for one hour followed by acute diarrhea.We went to the restroom almost 13 times.We were planning to go to the ER because the diarrhea just didnt stop.I am 100% certain that the food at centurion lounge caused us food poisoning.I suspect the food(pork) wasnt cooked to the right temperature or was left outside too long or was contaminated in some way.Someone from the food administration dept needs to visit and inspect the lounge kitchen to see what’s exactly happening.I suspect they arent following safety food protocol and jeopardizing the health of all their american express customers.We are still recovering and had to take the day off from work.I am writing this report completely exhausted,dehydrated due to the diarrhea and stomach cramping.Someone of higher authority needs to investigate and take action asap.This happened here at DFW D terminal airport on 6/19/2022 at 4pm. | Symptoms: Diarrhea See Less
