Ordered orange chicken bowl with chow mein and fried rice and chicken egg roll. Consumed at 230pm on 04/28/18 and had a fever of 100.5 and chills with muscle aches and joint pain and nausea by 4pm same day. That night fever went up to 102 degrees…
