My daughter had a turkey sandwich (sans the turkey) and broccoli cheddar soup. Four hours later, like clockwork she became nauseous and has had vomiting and diarrhea for an hour or two now.

Sudden Illness After Meal

I ate the Mac and cheese, piece of baguette, and a tiny bit of a tuna salad sandwich at the named Panera bread at 12:30 pm 7/7/18. I felt sick extremely suddenly at 4:30 pm that same day and experienced shaking, nausea, weakness, chills, diarrhea, and vomiting.
