Chicken Caesar Salad Illness

I ate a chicken Caesar salad and broccoli and cheddar mac & cheese at around 11 AM that morning. At around 7 PM I began to vomit consistently throughout the night until about 5:30 AM. I also was having diarrhea that was just watery.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate Fuji chicken apple salad with romaine lettuce and my friend ate Greek salad also with romaine lettuce. We both experienced severe nausea and diarrhea beginning about 4 hours after eating. Her symptoms were almost completely gone by the next morning, mine have continued so far… See more
