Food Safety Reports: Papa John's Pizza, John Sims Parkway, Niceville, FL, USA

I ate the works pizza at 8pm and woke up at 1:30 am with cramps, diarrhea and vomiting this morning. This is the 3rd time this has happened with same order from same Papa Johns restaurant. I had bread sticks with no garlic, (wrong order).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
