Severe Pizza Poisoning Incident

Pizza ,1/2 cowboy and 1/2 barbecue chicken I've had food poisoning before, this is an extreme case of it. I got sick from eating on 3/19/2022. 4 days later and my Mm and I are still sick.,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache
