10/08/21 I ordered a large stuffed ground beef peppers onions and jalapenos, ate the pizza at approximately 6:30pm, slept fine no issues, the next morning by around 6am felt bloated, nauseous, headache, and vomiting non-stop....I feel horrible.. It happened today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Bloating
