We ordered a thin crust meat lover's pizza that was the special for the day and I woke up around 2:30 am with vomiting, diarrhea, and body aches which continued until about 5 pm the next day.

Ate pappa murphy's sausage and pepperoni pizza around 4:30 pm on 7/14. By 10:30 I was feeling slight nausea. Stomach was burning and had to use the bathroom. at 2:30 am my daughter who also ate the pizza complained of nausea and heartburn. My stomach symptoms returned…
