PCC Salad Bar Illness

My boyfriend and I ate at the PCC in Columbia City's salad bar Monday the 23rd and both had severe diarrhea. I was in the ER Tuesday from throwing up everything, even water. He ate there again today and had diarrhea again a few hours later.
