Taking out my girl friends family out to eat for her brothers birthday. My girlfriend ordered pad thai. Once her food arrived she didn’t enjoy it took much and said it tasted like a “dirty rag” . I even tasted it and could tell it was off. Now she is having bad stomach pains and diarrhea with fever.

was in the stall for 30 minutes vomiting and diarrhea consistently. I was also sweating per-fusilli. I texted my girlfriend for help, and she came into the men’s bathroom to assist. At that point she said I passed out for about 15 seconds. Once I recovered she went to go get help. A security guard got a wheel chair and helped me out of the bathroom because I was so weak.
