Ordered make your own pasta bowl with steak, was the only one in my family that got sick. I was up all night last night and still into today throwing up and having severe diarrhea every hour. I can't even keep water down

Carbonara Bowl Causes Illness

I had the chicken carbonara bowl and am completely healthy. An hour after I started projectile vomiting and diarrhea for so far 2 days straight and it is still continuing.
