Undercooked Noodles, Intense Cramps

The noodles were undercooked and the sauce had looked as if it were microwaved and dried out. Tasted okay for never having it before but woke up with intense cramps and diarrhea persisting through the entirety of my day. This is the only thing I ate yesterday.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
