Friday October 11th, the only thing I ate in the last 6 hours prior to my food from here, I was fine. Almost immediately after eating the chicken parmesan I've had near non stop diarrhea.

Organic is when the bird wasn't fed or injected with the growth hormone that makes it become a bigger size faster than usual time, etc, however it doesn't necessarily mean the food is safe to eat. From what I see the colours (an excessive red and dark) of those chicken don't seem normal to me, also the air inside the frozen bag could be an indicator of microbial growth, so it's better not to eat the second one.
