i got a panzerotti from pizza pizza (kingston) and hours later projectile vomited EVERYWHERE. my roommate also got one and reported feverish symptoms & a headache but she did not experience nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
